Refund policy

Changed your mind? No problem at all.

You've got 60 days from the day your order arrives. No conditions, no restocking fee, no explaining yourself. Email us at info@biglowwoodcraft.com and we'll send you a return label: our cost, not yours. Drop the parcel at a post office and we'll refund your original payment method the day it lands back with us.

Something not right?
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, tell us right away (a photo helps!) and we'll make it right. And honestly, that doesn't expire at 60 days. We stand behind everything that leaves this workshop. If a piece of ours ever fails you, get in touch no matter how long it's been. We built it, we'll own it.
