The Chopping Block is a handmade hardwood cutting board built for everyday meal prep, serious chopping, and the occasional very handsome charcuterie spread.
Its weight and thickness create a stable cutting surface that stays put while you work. Laminated hardwood construction helps keep the board flat and durable for decades.

Use both sides: keep one for the messier jobs and flip it over for cheese, snacks, and serving. Choose solid North American cherry or black walnut in the size that fits your kitchen.

Care
Hand-wash with minimal dish soap and dry promptly. Apply your favourite board oil after roughly 25 washes, or whenever the wood looks thirsty.
