Refund policy

You’ve got 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund. Just email us at info@biglowwoodcraft.com and we’ll send you a return label, on us. Drop the parcel at a post office, and we’ll refund your original payment method the day it gets back to us.

Something not right?
If your order shows up damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, let us know right away (a photo helps!) and we’ll make it right.

Laser-engraved pieces
These are made just for you, so they’re final sale, unless they arrive damaged or we got the engraving wrong. That one’s on us.

Can’t be returned
Rescue Shop picks, gift cards and digital products.
