The Chopping Block puts all other boards at risk of being cut from the kitchen. Sized for most meal prep tasks, with enough weight to enhance your cutting ability with stability.

Laminating many pieces into a block is the best way to build a stable and flat surface that will last decades if treated with respect. Use both sides; one for more aggressive chopping and the other for charcuterie serving. Hand-wash only using minimal dish soap, and treat with your favourite board oil after 25+ washes.
